Evaluation Model

The framework for the project evaluation is A Guide for Measuring Advocacy and Policy developed for the Annie E. Casey Foundation (Jane Reisman, Anne Gienapp, Sarah Stachowaik, 2007). Of the 6 possible outcomes for changes in beliefs and behaviors regarding the social and physical conditions of others, the project collects data on:

• Shift in Social Norms
• Strengthened Organizational Capacity
• Strengthened Base of Support
• Changes in Impact
