Dates to Remember

  • May 7 - FSQA Training - 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm @ Extension Office
  • May 14-16 - EPAK at Palo Alto County Fairgrounds
  • May 15 - Deadline for animal IDs to be entered in the 4H-Online
  • May 15 - 4-Hers for 4-H Campaign contributions due in county office
  • May 15 - Fees for Iowa 4-H Youth Conference, ROUNDUP,  Crops CSI due in county office
  • May 19 - First Dog Obedience Practice - 5:00-6:00 PM @ fairgrounds
  • May 22 - Come & Go Leaders' Mtg. - 5:00-7:00 @ office (pick up all fair forms & fair information, answer fair questions, etc.
  • May 22 - First Horse Practice - 6:30 PM @ fairgrounds
  • May 27 - Office Closed

The 2013 Palo Alto County Fair Book is now online! Check out all the livestock and non-livestock fair classes. Please discard old books and use this when making all your fair entries. Read the class rules before you get to the fair!
