My son has talked of nothing except going back to camp since I picked him up last summer. He was very hesitant about going all by himself, but he had a blast and cannot wait to go back. I don't know how I will tell him there won't be any camping this summer. Please, please change your minds and continue to offer a full summer of camps. The difference it made in my son's life is huge, and I don't know that he would be the outgoing kid he is today if he had not gone to camp.
