The fact that you are using "staffing problems,"or the fact that the program specialist is accepting a dream job, as an excuse for shutting down the whole camp is appalling. You are using her as a scapegoat or as an "easy out." You have lost sight of 4-H and what it is all about. The program specialist is not who keeps the camp running, it's the kids who do.
