Duties include organizing community meetings and family based programs. Team leader will be responsible for recruiting and retaining families to participate in the program, trouble shoot problems, be accountable for budget expenditures and maintain communication between facilitators and team members. The focus of this work will be in Hawarden, Iowa. Skills required:  excellent communication, extensive knowledge of Hawarden community, ability to delegate work and be responsible for overall team success, excellent organizational skills and experience as a leader.  Spanish speaking skills highly desired.  Hours worked will be irregular with evenings and weekend work  occasionally required.
