Intern to coordinate and deliver to youth in Sioux, O’Brien, Lyon, and Osceola counties science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education in non-formal learning settings in partnerships with schools and area businesses. Northwest Iowa - Local foods are making an economic impact in Iowa. In fact, sales of food produced in northwest Iowa added $312,441 to the local economy in 2012 as reported by eighteen farmers in the northwest region.
