Northwest Iowa Crop Update Newsletter
by Todd Vagts
ISU Extension Crops Specialist
Counties Served:  Carroll, Calhoun, Crawford, Ida, Monona, Pocahontas and Sac.

Welcome to my weekly Crop Update Newsletters.  The purpose of this newsletter is to keep those involved and interested in northwest Iowa agriculture updated on current news at ISU; to disseminate timely and helpful weather and crop production-protection information; to document what I am seeing in the field as I travel the seven county area;  and hopefully give insight and ideas for solving production problems as they happen. I encourage any thoughts and ideas as to how I can improve the newsletter as the season progresses.
