La Nina will likely remain moderate through May and
be moderate to weak in July, possibly influencing
North American weather until December according to
the NOAA long-range outlook for April and 90-day
trends through the end of 2008.

This outlook includes a slightly greater than usual
chance of below normal precipitation in July.  This
forecast is in harmony with the January analysis I
made indicating that odds favor a below trend Corn
