As the terrorist events of the day unfold, Iowans may need someone to talk to. Anyone can call the Iowa Concern hotline at 1-800-447-1985. Iowa Concern provides confidential assistance and referral for stress and other concerns for Iowa families in times of crisis and change. The Iowa Concern Hotline is answered 24 hours a day by real people, not recordings. Iowa Concern Hotline is a toll-free, confidential hotline that is part of Iowa State University Extension.
