AMES, Iowa -- Videoconferencing is a rapidly growing and changing field.
It can be used for distance education, connecting with guest speakers

Continuing Education and Communication Services and the Provost's Distance
Education Council will host a Desktop Videoconferencing Open House Nov.

The event will showcase some of the most popular videoconferencing systems
currently available for use in distance education, virtual conferences

The goal of this demonstration is to help you evaluate the features
of different products and to share information on what is happening around
