5/31/01 Contacts: Danner to Serve as 4-H Ambassador to Greece AMES, Iowa -- Muscatine County 4-H member Megan Danner, Letts, will spend 6 weeks in Greece as an International 4-H Youth Exchange (IFYE) ambassador. Danner, a student at Louisa-Muscatine High School, will leave for Greece June 23. She will live with several host families, learning the language and culture. Danner added that she plans to study agricultural education after graduating from high school. Danner is the daughter of John and Mary Danner, Letts. IFYE ambassadors must be between the ages of 15 and 25. Applications for the 2002 program are due Jan. 1. Iowa also hosts IFYEs from around the world each year.
