Attend 4-H Judges Training March 4
For a new experience helping 4-H youth, consider being a 4-H judge at county or state fairs. More judges are needed.
Training sessions are March 4 in Algona, Boone, Cherokee, Creston, Iowa City, New Hampton and Ottumwa. Sessions run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. including eight topics and a session for new judges. If you like to help youth learn and listen to how they met their goals developing a 4-H exhibit, plan to attend training for 4-H judges.
Registration is due Feb. 1 to the State 4-H Youth Development Office. Call your county extension office for topics and registration information.
