Iowa Youth Invited to "Dream Big!" at the 1999 Iowa 4-H Youth Conference June 29-July 1
High school students from across Iowa are invited to attend the 1999 State 4-H Youth Conference, June 29-July 1, at the Iowa State University campus in Ames. The conference is open to any high school student, not just 4-H'ers. The cost to attend is $95, which includes housing and meals for the three days.
Conference delegates will participate in educational workshops, listen to motivational speakers, share in community service projects, play games and have fun. The teens also will atend a formal banquet and dances. Teens will have the opportunity for bowling, billiards and a casino night.
Most importantly, delegates will get the chance to make new friends with over 700 youth from across Iowa. Iowa 4-H Youth Conference is an educational fun experience. To find out more about the conference or to obtain a registration packet, contact the ISU Extension office in your county. Registration forms and fees are due by May 28 to the county extension office.
