Nominations Requested for I-CASH Hall of Fame Award

Iowa's Center for Agricultural Safety and Health (I-CASH) will recognize an individual in the public or private sector in Iowa who has made substantial and long-term contributions to the health and safety of Iowa's agricultural community. All Iowans are eligible for the award.
Nominees should have contributed in a leadership role to agricultural safety and health issues through promotion and awareness in his/her area of expertise over a considerable length of time. Prevention, education, program evaluation, policy education, policy development, and organizational infrastructure are potential areas for outstanding merit.
A nomination consists of a one to two page letter explaining why the candidate is deserving of the award. The recipient will receive a $100 cash prize and a plaque. Awardees are honored with their name and year of award on wall plaques at the University of Iowa, Iowa State University, the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, and the Iowa Department of Public Health.
