What is environment?

The environment is where we all live. There are many different environments around this planet. From deserts to tropical rainforests, there are many environments in which humans, plants, and animals must all live together. Where we are on earth decides the type of environment that is there.

Studying the environment is an important part of learning. It is important to learn how the plants and animals around us interact to make homes for themselves and to make the beauty that we see when we are outside. Take a look at the resources that are available through 4-H and start a project that will have you outside in no time!
