2013-Art of Gardening Day-Long Seminar

Muscatine Community College and the Muscatine County Master Gardeners are again presenting the popular "Art of Gardening" day-long seminar. The Art of Gardening seminar is used to educate and inspire others to seek enjoyment and fulfillment through a variety of home gardening related topics and activities.

The Muscatine County Master Gardeners are pleased to welcome WQAD Meteorologist, Terry Swailes, as the keynote speaker for the 2013 Art of Gardening.  The popular TV personality, speaker, and author will share his insight and expertise regarding USDA Zone 5 climate tendencies, weather predictions for the 2013 growing season, and his experience as a meteorologist.  His personable speaking style and wealth of knowledge will be the perfect ending for a very educational day.
