02/21/2012- NEW--4-H Clover Kids Group in Muscatine
Clover Kids is a 4-H program for youth in grades K-3. A new Clover Kids group was started this past October, meeting at the Muscatine Extension Office. The group will meet the third Tuesday afternoon of each month on January 17, February 21, March 20, April 17, and May 15, from 3:45 to 5:00 p.m. If you know of any youth who would like to join this

Muscatine County Extension Council will hold their regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. with the FY13 Extension Operating Budget Public Hearing beginning at 5:30 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.

02/22/2012- Seed Treatment Continuing Instruction Course
Seed Treatment Continuing Instruction Course will be offered for Certified Applicators in Categories 4 and 10. Applicators should pre-register for the course. Registration is $35 before February 15. A $10 late fee will be charged to register after February 15, 2012.

Ornamental and Turfgrass Applicator Continuing Instruction Course Satellite will be offered for Certified Applicators certified in Categories 2, 3O, 3T, 3OT, and 10. Registration fee is $35. Applicators should pre-register for the course before February 29 to avoid a late fee.
