Muscatine County Master Gardeners Fairy Garden Workshop
June 17, 2013

Would you like to learn how to make a "Fairy Garden?"  Muscatine County Master Gardeners are planning to hold a workshop for youth in 1st grade through 6th grade.  Come join the fun and create a Fairy Garden for yourself!

Muscatine County Master Gardener Spring Plant Sale
April 16, 2013

Muscatine County Master Gardeners will hold a plant sale on Saturday, May 18, 2013, 8:00 a.m. until Noon.  Plants, gently used garden tools, garden books, pots, and garden art will also be offered for sale.  The plant sale will be held at the Muscatine Extension Office, 1514 Isett Avenue, Muscatine, Iowa.

Muscatine County Fair
April 15, 2013

The 2013 Muscatine County Fair will be happening on July 17 through July 21.  4-H and FFA exhibitors will be having their projects judged throughout the duration of the fair, along with other open-class events. 

Confinement Site Manure Applicator Training Offered in Muscatine County
January 18, 2013

Confinement site (private) manure applicator certification. Continuing education to maintain or begin certification as a confinement site manure applicator in Iowa. By attending the workshop, participants will learn about land application rules, manure agitation safety, and nutrient management issues

Pesticide Applicator Continuing Instruction Dates are Available
November 29, 2012

Dates Certified Commercial Pesticide Applicators Continuing Instructional Courses are available. Please check the Muscatine County Extension Calendar for the CIC's that will be held at the Muscatine County Extension Office.
