Turkey day is almost here! This is my favorite holiday with the focus on the right things – Family and Food. We will have twelve at our table – a few fit into At Risk populations. So the pressure is on to prepare food safely. Of course this is a challenge when number of dishes exceeds oven and refrigerator space. That is time to get creative and use the roaster or cooler. Do your part to be sure your guests are thankful for the wonderful spread on the table and make sure there are no regrets!
