This application is very interesting. The cost may be to high (monthly cost), but I really like how the application works and I would love to see it integrated into something like SharePoint.

I may not know enough about Jabber to answer, but I like the way it is secure, you can have multiple rooms, see who is in a room (and who is active), review via the web any discussion, and scale with multiple people in a room. It seems simple and clean. However, an open-standards implementation server/client like Jabber probably has greater potential to scale and be flexible.
