At the February meeting of the Troy Good Homemakers 4-H Club, Susan (Scieszinski) Daniels, a former club President, spoke to the members about the significant impact her 4-H communications training has had on her schooling and career.  Daniels, a lawyer with Iowa Legal Aid in Ottumwa, explained how her experience with educational presentations, share-the-fun performances, working exhibits, and extemporaneous-speaking projects completed for the Monroe County Fair and the Iowa State Fair, helped her excel in high school, college, and law school.  (Left to right)  Club Secretary Kethryn Eyheralde, member Emily Eyheralde, Daniels, and President Salina Henderson.  Youth 9 to 19 may join 4-H by contacting the Monroe County Extension Office, 641-932-5612.
