Activities, Events, Groups and Camps

     The CREW- for 7th-9th grade Teens who want to have enjoy fun events with other 4-Hers in Mills County.  We meet usually the 3rd Sunday of the month, from 3:30-5pm.  Schedule    Enrollment
     County Council- for 10-12th Grade 4-Hers.  Lead, laugh and learn to make a difference.  Schedule usually 3rd Sunday of the month from 5-6:30pm.  You will be in an active leadership role. This is a great resume builder and a great opportunity to make a difference.  Schedule   Application   
  Teen Club- for youth who are in grades 9-12.  This group of youth work hard to develop citizenship skills, grow relationships with one another, learn about government and strive to make this world a better place.  November 1, 2014 is deadline to join.  September 2014 meeting minutes

“This is one of the highest recognition opportunities for senior 4-H’ers in Iowa,” said Cayla Taylor, campus 4-H youth program coordinator with Iowa State University Extension and Outreach. “These youth were selected because they have demonstrated exceptional skills in leadership, citizenship and overall achievement.”

Mills County Teen club and Mills County Sheriff's Department worked together to provide a fundraiser for Teen Club, and a great mock event for the staff at the jail.  Thanks to all who helped with this and we would still accept donations too!
