The 4-H and Youth Committee, along with the help of the Extension staff develop and implement a balanced 4-H and youth program on a non-discriminatory basis and help develop a profile of needs, interests, attitudes of the youth within the county. They assist in evaluating existing programs and develop program opportunities.
