  • April 15-17- Intermediate Regional Trip to Minneapolis.  Must RSVP by March 25th.  Cost is $200 (remember you can use your Mills County 4H Scholarship toward the cost)  The participants will go to a Twins Game, a stage performance, shop at the Mall of America, attend a great museum and more!

Even though the cold conditions outside may have you thinking that spring is a long way off, it’s not too early to get some information and great ideas to make this gardening year one of the best! The Mills County Master Gardeners are here to help with this series of six seminars open to gardeners of all ages and abilities!

On Thursday, February 18th, Women, Land & Legacy of Southwest Iowa will be hosting a learning experience for the tastebuds!  Participants will be inspired to grow fresh herbs and garden produce to incorporate into their own recipes after learning how Sauced, Red Oak’s newest restaurant, uses locally grown goods in their dishes.
