Job Description:

• Reports to the Vice Provost for Extension.
• Works with the Mentoring Program Committee.
• Manages the mentoring program.
• Assumes responsibility for the mentor training.
• Manages the master list of mentors, mentees and current assignments.
• Makes mentoring assignments of new Extension staff in consultation with the appropriate Area Director(s) and Program Director.
• Makes mentoring assignments of current Extension staff on an as needed basis in consultation with the appropriate Area Directors(s) and Program Director.
• Facilitates follow-up and evaluation.
• Prepares the mentoring program budget with assistance of the Mentoring Program Committee.
