As the relationship between the mentor and mentee grow, it is important to periodically assess progress and review the effectiveness of mentoring interaction.

Key questions to consider are:
...What do we usually discuss when we meet?
...What objectives are we working on?
...What is going well in our mentoring relationship?
...What has been our greatest challenge?
...What can we improve?
