Clover Kid Non Livestock Entry Form

            Junior and Intermediate Clothing Form

            Senior 4-H’ers Clothing Form

There are several forms which must be completed and accompany your non-livestock exhibits. These are:

·         Goal Sheet (former Part 1)  A goal sheet should be completed for each non-livestock exhibit that you take to the Central Iowa Fair. Exceptions are: photography, 4-H posters, and horticulture (Class #’s 100-308.) Be sure to include the design elements and art principles when asked for.

·      Clover Kids Goal Sheet– A goal sheet specifically designed for Clover Kids and their projects.

·         Photography Label – A photography label must be attached to the back of each photograph entered. This label is used in place of the goal sheet in photography.

·      4-H Poster Label – A poster label must be attached to the back of the 4-H Poster. This label is used in place of the goal sheet.

·         Horticulture (classes 100-304.1) cultivar cards- An index card listing the cultivar (variety) of each specimen (vegetable and flower) should accompany each entry. This card will be used in place of the goal sheet.
