Here is where you can find the ID Forms due Thursday, May 15th at 5:00pm to the Extension Office and Entry Forms due Friday, June 13th at 5:00pm to the Extension Office.  ID Forms do not mean that you have registered that animal for participation in the Central Iowa Fair.  You must also fill out an entry form.
