What is Tri-County 4-H Junior Camp?

 

This is a three day camp for 4th-6th grade 4-H’ers from Boone, Hardin, Marshall or Story County. Youth will be at the Iowa 4-H Center near Madrid while they learn new skills, test their skills, make new friends, reunite with old friends, and enjoy the great outdoors. The camp will be from Wed., August 5 (10:00 a.m.) – Fri., August 7, (8:30 p.m.), 2015.

Each year Marshall County Extension and Outreach assist Marshall County 4-H and FFA members with scholarship opportunities for incoming freshman students.

Region 8 is hosting a Beef It Up Workshop on Iowa State University's campus February 28, 2015 from 9 am - 12:30 pm. This is open to all 4-H'ers and their parents and only cost $10 which includes a meal!

December 22, 2014

Region 8 4-H County Councils/Leadership Team and Iowa State University Collegiate 4-H will be hosting a lock-in for Boone, Hardin, Marshall, and Story Counties on January 30-31st, 2015. All 7-12th grade 4-H members may register and invite a friend.
