The Central Iowa Fair Board will recognize one youth (4-H or FFA) each year.  The individual should be a member in good standing of their organization – attends and participates in meetings on a regular basis, is a role model for other members, supports and encourages others, is a willing helper, and has a passion for 4-H or FFA and the ideals of the organization.
