Leading the Way is a great opportunity to meet up with old and new friends while developing skills in leadership, communication, team building, trust, collaboration, and problem solving. This will help for future college scholarships and job applications. There will be fun activities such as boating, swimming, crafts, and a challenge course. All youth grades 7th - 12th are invited to attend (youth does not have to be a 4-H participant).
