New Youth Program Assistant Joins Marion County Staff

Iowa State University Extension and Outreach – Marion County is pleased to announce the addition of Chrys Bregar to our staff as the new Youth Program Assistant.  Chrys was involved in 4-H as a youth, both in Pennsylvania and in Iowa. 
 
“We are happy to have Chrys join our team and we look forward to expanding our youth program offerings in the coming year,” said Dale Miller, County Extension Program Director.
 
Chrys will be assisting with 4-H youth programs and working to expand Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) programming in Marion County.  She would like to share the following reminders with county 4-H families:  Dog Project meetings begin April 28 and will be held each Monday until July 7. A Meat Goat Workshop will be held April 27.  Animal project ID forms are due May 1.  Marion County Youth Council will be hosting a Clover Kids Campout at the Extension Office on April 26-27, all youth Kindergarten through 3rd grade are invited.
