This year each club will be able to nominate ONE member to be part of County Council.  There will also be TEN "at large" positions available to members through an applications and interview process. Applications are due to the Marion County Extension Office by October 1, 2009.  Check out the fill-in-the-blank application.

County Council Attendance Policy

The County Council voted on an attendance policy.  The policy is as follows: 

 If a County Council member has 3 excused absences OR if they have 2 unexcused absences they will be inactive and will no longer be considered a County Council member.  This new policy will go into effect as of December 16, 2008.
