The Pick a Project newspaper helps guide a 4-H member as they set their goals at the beginning of the 4-H year. They can select as many project areas to be involved in as they'd like. They can choose to receive informational booklets if they'd like. The code from the newspaper should be written on the enrollment form of the 4-H member. That code will then be entered into the enrollment system by 4-H staff. Materials ordered will be shipped directly to the organizational leader of each club. Materials do not cost the member any money, because Mahaska County 4-H receives funds from United Way of Mahaska County to cover that cost.
Please ask a club leader if you have any questions and feel free to contact the Mahaska County Extension office as well.
The Pick a Project newspaper can be downloaded in PDF format at https://www.extension.iastate.edu/store/ListItems.aspx?Keyword=pick%20a%20project.
