Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) is a community–based agency available to providers in order to supply technical assistance and training opportunities for the purpose of maintaining and improving the quality of early care and education. Technical assistance may include materials and other resources of relevance to providers in the delivery of healthy, safe, and developmentally appropriate, early care and educational environment. Trainings include information for providers on developing developmentally appropriate practices, as well as effective business practices that support and sustain the early care and education program.
