Helpful Hints for Exhibiting Livestock

Member/Parent Waiver Form 2009 - Must be filled out PRIOR to weigh-in ONLY if the parent and/or member will not be at weigh-in.

Advanced Feeder Pen Spreadsheet - Must be filled out and turned in to the MCEO by the 15th of each month following initial weigh-in. Final record sheet due to MCEO by July 15. (This is the spreadsheet for Cattle & Lamb Feeder Pens and can be filled out online and emailed or by hand and mailed/dropped off.)

Breeding Beef ID - Due May 15. Will be filled out during mandatory Heifer Tattooing at December weigh-in or Spring Tattooing.

Horse Lease Agreement - If you do not own a horse and would like to lease one to exhibit at the Fair, please fill out this agreement form. - Due May 15

Bottle Lamb ID - Will be filled out at Sheep Spring Weigh-In. ALL Bottle Lambs MUST attend Sheep Weigh-In to identify.
