Mahaska County 4-H is partnering with Main Street Oskaloosa to hold a Festival of Trees during the NEW Old Fashioned Christmas Festival at the Penn Central Mall on Friday, December 4.  The FREE event will run from 4-9 PM.  Click the link above for more details!
