Description : We can help parents;save money at the grocery store, save time at the store and in the kitchen, help picky eaters try new foods, learn how to make easy and low cost meals and snacks,and strengthen family relationships.Eight lessons, free items each week including recipes and tastings, and CACFP credits available.
