Description : This 2 hour program will initially certify and recertify confinement site manure applicators. Confinement site manure applicators must be certified to handle, haul, transport or apply manure coming from a confinement facility. Confinement site manure applicators are required to attend 2 hours of training for each year during their 3 year license cycle.
