Iowa State University Extension provides a free, downloadable publication with the basic cooking directions, yield when cooked, nutrition notes and facts, and serving suggestions for 20 different whole grains. It also explains the difference between whole and refined grains.

Tax Refund Robbery

Thieves May be Stealing Your Tax Refund. Identity thief maybe is an issue in some areas such as Florida using your tax refund debit cards.  This is a national crisis of fraud that is wide open. IRS says 6.5 billion in tax identify thief fraud just last year. This is a good reminder to not carry your social security card with you in your wallet.
