The county youth coordinator serves as a representative of the Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Council providing leadership, delivery, and management for many aspects of the 4-H program serving youth of Sioux County. The ISU Extension and Outreach Sioux County Council exists to provide effective program leadership and financial oversight for the Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Sioux County District.To be considered for first review, submit cover letter and resume by Friday, Dec. 23, 2015. Registration deadline for Grant Writing 101 workshop with Iowa State University Extension and Outreach is Friday, Nov. 20. Space is limited to 30 for the Tuesday, Nov. 24 workshop from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. at the Forster Community Center in Rock Rapids located at 404 First Avenue. Call the Extension and Outreach office in Lyon County at 712-472-2576 to register and save your place. Participants are asked to bring a laptop or iPad/tablet device if possible.
