Economic Impact of the Regional Food System Working Group
The evaluators work with 15 coordinators of the Regional Food System Working Group to gather economic impact data on local food. Strong, trusting relationships are necessary to do this kind of work and have access to quality data and make this work meaningful.

Through journal articles, extension publications, presentations, workshops and technical assistance, the Local Foods Team’s goal is to give food systems practitioners the tools and knowledge necessary to conduct their own evaluation.
