02/13/2010- "Successful Kidding" Meat Goat Workshop
A FREE Region 10 meat goat conference on "Successful Kidding". This conference is open to goat producers and 4-H'ers from Region 10 counties and is co-sponsored by the Iowa Meat Goat Association. Program will include preparing for kidding, problems encountered at kidding, and a question and answer session.
02/13/2010- 4-H Horse Veterinary Clinic
Are you a 4-H'er taking a horse project this year? Visit our horse committee at the River Basin Equine Veterinarian Clinic for an educational workshop including equine vaccinations, dentistry, worming and more! Members will also be able to view an actual horse skeleton! This workshop is worth 2 hours of clinic time for any 4-H member.

This is an opportunity for pork producers to sharpen their risk management skills in a fun hands-on workshop. They will be making risk management decisions and working out a risk management strategy. The simulation will cover one year with decisions to make of when to lock in cost of corn and SBM along with when to market. This workshop is designed
