Farm women can have a key role in successful farm transitions. Creating a transition plan to ensure that a farm continues as a productive, agricultural business can be challenging. Managing for Today and Tomorrow, a five session Annie’s Project course takes some of the challenge out of the process by teaching farm women about succession, business, estate and retirement planning.
