Sheep Show
March 27, 2017

The sheep and meat goat weigh-in will be at the Lee County Fairgrounds Saturday, April 22. Exhibitors planning to show at the County Fair should weigh-in 9:00 am to 10:00 am. We will start weighing in State Fair sheep/goats at 10:00 am. Tags will be $2.00 each, renal scanning will be $10.00 per animal and a maximum of 30 head may be identified. Please make sure to reserve a weigh-in time by calling the extension office at 319-835-5116. Thank you!

Competitive swine pick-up will be this Saturday, April 1 starting at 1:00 pm. We will be set up by the grandstands at the Lee County Fairgrounds due to a cattle show being held in the show barns. All 4-Her's who have signed up for hogs must pick up and pay for their animals Saturday. If you have, questions feel free to call Whitney Weisinger at the extension office 319-835-5116.
