Are you planning on showing your dog at the Lee County Fair Dog Show?

In order to be eligible to show at the fair you must participate in Dog Obedience Classes. Danielle Boeding will facilitate the classes this year on Sunday afternoons at the Lee County Fair Grounds.

ISU Extension and Outreach of Lee County is working with local sheep and goat producers to put on a free lamb and goat workshop on May 20 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Are you or someone you know in your county interested in being part of the greatest “team” at the State Fair? 

The State 4-H Office is seeking three applicants interested in assisting the 4-H Livestock Superintendent at the 2017 Iowa State Fair and beyond.  This team will carry out all of the daily duties and responsibilities of the 4-H Livestock shows and the hope is that the team will continue into future years for consistency.
