ISU Cyclone Horse Judging Camp

JUNE 12-14, 2008 YOUTH AGES 12 TO 18 YEARS A 3 DAY CAMP FOR YOUTH INTERSTED IN HORSES AND HORSE JUDGING. YOUTH WILL RECEIVE INSTRUCTION IN JUDGING BOTH CONFORMATION AND PERFORMANCE CLASSES. IN ADDITION, EACH INDIVIDUAL WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE BOTH GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTION AND FEEDBACK ON ORAL REASONS.

The date has been set for the 2008 Iowa 4-H Youth Conference, Animal Science ROUNDUP, and CSI: Crops. From June 24-26, over 1000 youth from across the state are expected to attend this annual event held at Iowa State University. This year’s theme is “Ignite the Flame.”
