ServSafe: Food Safety Employee Certification Short Course

This is a short course about food safety for restaurant staff and food handlers. Following is a link to the Iowa State University Extension and Outreach food safety website as well as the registration brochure for this course.

The fee is $135 (or $100 for Iowa Hospitality Association members) which include one day's instruction, training materials, and exam.  The classes listed below are held at the Johnson County Extension and Outreach office, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
