ServSafe: Certified Food Protection Manager course
This is a short course about food safety for restaurant staff and food handlers.
The ServSafe certification meets the new food safety rules that were adopted by the Iowa Department of Inspection and Appeals and went into effect January 1, 2014. Health inspectors are best suited to interpret these rulings.

The fee is $150 (or $100 for Iowa Hospitality Association members) which include one
day's instruction, training materials, and exam. The classes listed below are held at the
Johnson County Extension and Outreach office, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
