This session is designed for supervisory personnel in the nonprofit industry. Jude West and Paul Retish will teach participants how the supervisor can sharpen his or her verbal and non-verbal communication skills in a one-on-one setting as well as in a team environment. The session will also answer questions such as "How can supervisors assist in preventing organizational dry rot?", "What can supervisors do to promote change in the organization?" and "How does the supervisor improve performance appraisal and coaching skills?".
