Farmers and their consultants can learn how to improve both farm profits and water quality at a June 29 Nitrogen Week meeting hosted by Iowa State University Extension and Outreach at the Southeast Research and Demonstration Farm near Crawfordsville, Iowa.

Iowa State University Extension and Outreach will host a series of field days in June designed to help farmers understand how to both improve their profit and improve water quality. The field days are part of ISU Extension and Outreach’s Nitrogen and Water Week, which runs from June 27-29.

Iowa State University Extension and Outreach in Johnson County is hosting a farmland leasing meeting on Tuesday August 22 at 6:00 PM, Johnson County Extension Office, 3109 Old Highway 218 South in Iowa City. The annual meeting is offered to address questions that land owners, tenants or other interested individuals have about leasing farmland.
