Johnson County Master Gardeners

The Johnson County Master Gardener program is a volunteer organization coordinated by the Johnson County Extension and Iowa State University Extension.  Master Gardeners are members of the local community who take an active interest in their lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers and gardens.  They are enthusiastic, willing to learn, help others and able to communicate with diverse groups of people.

Presently, Johnson County has over 100 active members who support a number of projects.
